The New Fire Station in Aberystwyth
We took the Scouts to visit the new Fire Station in Aberystwyth on Friday.
They started off with a little presentation and some fire-safety advice from the Firemen and then had a tour of the fire station. They got to try on some kit, take a look at the fire engines and even spray a hose. A nice easy evening for us as leaders and the Scouts seemed to enjoy it too, even if they were quieter than they’ve ever been!
