A Winter Sunset

Morgan and I spent the afternoon in the dunes on Sunday. Yes, our noses were cold, but it was a lovely fresh, clear day and of course very quiet. We were treated to a nice sunset too.

Eureka!

We had to go to Leeds on Thursday, so whilst Anna was off doing her thing Morgan and I wandered around the City. Morgan was quite excited at the prospect of going to a big city and was pretty impressed by all the big buildings, the lights and all the people and shops. We spent...

Nativity!

Now that Morgan is at school, we have the annual Nativity play to attend. It was actually quite good fun and they all did really well. I only took photos with my little compact camera though as getting the big SLR out just looked a little like overkill!

Mountain Biking in the Forest of Dean

Ever since taking photos of the Forest of Dean Enduro earlier in the year I’ve been wanting to ride there. During the Enduro the course looked really good with hard packed dusty trails and lots of flowing single track that seemed to go on forever. I was in Bristol for a couple of days so...

Turbo Training Intervals – Up the Wattage

Yes, another turbo trainer post as I’m enjoying my work-outs on it at the moment. I thought I would try another 1 minute interval session today. So I did exactly the same session as I did on Saturday, but this time increased the wattage on the hard efforts from 320 Watts to 340 Watts. Surprisingly...
