Another Honey Harvest

Having harvested some honey a few weeks ago, the bees fought back and stopped us taking any more for a while. One of the hives had honey that, at the time, wasn’t fully sealed, another decided to sting us and prevent us getting any off. So, we left them for a few weeks and then had another go!

This time we managed to get another whole super of the hive by the bedroom, and half a super from one of the hives in the apiary. Another 20 or so jars of delicious Ynyslas honey all jarred up with new labels ready to go.

It’s been a good year for the bees this year.
