Just a collection of some of the flowers in our garden at the moment.
Summer continues and Friday brought with it not only more wall-to-wall sunshine and temperatures in the high teens but also some summer surf. So, after a short session on the turbo trainer and lots and lots of household chores we (Morgan and I) headed over to the beach form a summertime surf. We were due...
The half-term continues and amazingly the weather continues to impress too. Further east in the country people are complaining of the cold, wet, miserable weather, but here in the west it has been gorgeous for ages now. Sunshine from 4 am until the sun sets at around 9:30pm and temperatures up into the 20’s everyday. Wind...

When this was taken there was barely a breath of wind. That soon changed though whilst I was doing a hard VO2Max Interval session on the turbo trainer....
Summer is definitely here so time to make the most of it. Here’s the view from the dunes this morning. Time to get the work and the chores out of the way and enjoy it while it lasts.
