Bank Holiday Monday was a gorgeous day with wall to wall sunshine and temperatures reaching 24°C. Summer was here, and the tourist had flocked here too. I had a relaxed start to the day and then met some members of the Aberystwyth Aquanuts for a leisurely swim from Borth. We swam out to the Camels...
Hooray, Summer arrived on Sunday. I of course made the most of it. Hill Reps After a relaxed start at home I headed off to Tre Ddol for a run in the woods. Rather than just go for a loop or an out and back I decided to do some hill reps. 5 times up...

With a nice spell of sunshine this afternoon I thought it was time for a garden update. It’s looking nice out there and going through its annual purple phase at the moment. Bluebells, Aquilegias, Geraniums, Forget-me-Knots and a few other things have replaced the yellows of early Spring with a selections of blues and purples....
