The Lines of Ynyslas

After a nice little surf in my Surf Ski on New years Eve, Anna and I went for a walk. We walked along the top of the beach between the pebbles and the golf course. There seems to be long lines wherever we looked.

Across the railway line to where the bird hide used to be. I’ve always called this walk the ‘Bird Hide Loop’, but the bird hide is no more.

We then walked along the banks of the Leri on what was a quiet, fairly grey day with little happening. There wasn’t even much in the way of wildlife, just a few Redshank and the Canada Geese.

What better way spend an hour or so on a dreary New Years Eve than walking around the local area with the lovely Anna!
