Mmm, Omelette

And to continue to food theme for today, this is what I call a proper omelette… 3 eggs, roast chicken, tomatoes, spring onions, cream cheese, spinach and cheddar cheese. None of these silly 15 second ‘Saturday Kitchen’ omelettes that look more like roadkill here. We’re talking proper omelettes for lunch!
