Mach Muffin for Breakfast
We’ve had another treat from the Michelin starred Ynyshir Hall restaurant. This time it was a ‘Mach Muffin’ breakfast takeaway! Mmm Mmm.
This is the Ynyshir version of the McDonalds McMuffin, without the trip to Aberystwyth. It includes
- The ‘Mach Muffin’
- Hash brown
- Mug of coffee or a juice
We had planned to eat it in the car park at Ynyshir RSPB and then go for a walk but the car park was closed so we ate it in Furnace and then went from a walk closer to home. As you would expect it was pretty tasty!
It was a lovely day for a walk too without a cloud in the sky.
