Sneaky Surf Ski Session

I managed to squeeze in a sneaky little surf-ski session today. Nothing too exciting, it was just a little play in the waves before the tide got too high. I think I might need to find a more secure fixing method for my leash though. The little fixing point that is on my boat should be secure but it tends to twist a little under load and the leash pops out.

I’m still getting the hang of my new boat and haven’t had chance to use it in the waves much yet. I didn’t manage to stay out very long today either as the tide was soon too high. I could have stayed out but that would then have risked having my boat wash up on the pebbles. Not worth the risk really as there will be plenty of other days with more light when the tides are better.
