We were going to walk into Borth for ice creams, but my back was still sore and Morgan would rather spend as little time as possible outside so we kept it short. I’d been out in the garden replacing some wooden edging around the gravel seating area, and had then spent an hour on the turbo trainer as well. I was therefore quite happy with a short walk as well. We just wandered along the beach through the dunes and stopped at the caravan site for an ice cream and cake. It’s pretty windy out there with a strong SSE. If the wind holds it’ll be prefect for some down the line cross-offshore wave-riding on a windsurfer once the tide drops. I’m not sure if that’s a good idea for my back though.
