Swim Safari

That was a lovely little swim from the estuary at Ynyslas, out around the point at warp speed thanks to some crazy currents and then out through the mouth of the estuary and around to the seafront where things slowed down thanks to a headwind and some waves to contend with. It made a change to actually go somewhere rather than around in circles.

It looks as though my TYR Hurricane wetsuit is on its last legs though. I haven’t even had it for two years yet but the neoprene is split in a number of places across the shoulders. A shame really as I quite liked the suit. I’ll get the Black Witch neoprene glue out on it soon, but I guess I’d better start shopping for a new one – unless of course any wetsuit manufacturers out there want to sponsor me! I can get a good deal on an Xterra wetsuit through the Tri club so might have to take a look at them if nothing else comes along.
