Rother Valley Triathlon – Results

I was first in my age group with an official time of 1:13:42
My official splits were:
- Swim (750m): 10:43
- T1: 1:03
- Bike (25.5km): 43:34
- T2: 0:45
- Run (5km): 17:39
I’m happy with that and here’s how the top 3 in my age group looked:
- Alan Cole: 1:13:42
- Ian Simon 1:14:17
- William Kaye 1:14:21
That time put me in 14th place overall (out of close to 500 competitors). Mind you I was a fair way off the winner who was in the 15-19 age-group who finished in a time of 1:11:04.
