Compost in my Bed
All three compost bins are full to the brim, but I have an idea.
The vegetables in the raised beds I built earlier in the year has pretty much finished now so I might transfer all the (not quite composted) garden rubbish from one of the compost bins to the raised bed where it can continue to compost over the winter. That will give me an empty compost bin (maybe 2) to start filling with more compostibles.
Also, hopefully by the spring the stuff in the raised bed will have completely composted giving us a nice deep raised bed full of quality compost ready for next years veg. Perfect.
