A 22 Year Old Frog!

Do you like my frog? He’s a White’s Tree Frog (Litoria caerulea) and lives in a tank along with two friends. Believe it or not, they are all 22 years old and I’ve had them since they were tadpoles!

Absolutely amazing that you’ve still got these Alan. I can’t actually remember what happened to mine, don’t think they died, think I may have given them away. So I guess they could still be going strong somewhere!!

They are just the cutest and soooo funny!

Pretty good going hey…. Especially seeing as I rarely feed them!

Can you remember when we got them? Must have been around 1988-ish by my reckoning?

Hi AJ – unfortunately not, it would be 37 years old by now if it was still alive which would be very impressive, they made it to around 25 years though so had a good long life.

      Al.
