Another Caterpillar Invasion

The Caterpillars we had earlier in the year must have done Ok as we’ve been getting loads of Lackey Moths in the moth trap lately. 47 of them a couple of weeks ago and quite a few every night we put the trap out.

I noticed the beginnings of a new caterpillar invasion yesterday as well. Not sure what they are yet though. Probably the caterpillar of the Large White Butterfly?

    I’m pretty sure these caterpillars are the larvae of the Buff-Tip Moth.
