Danone Activia

As I’ve mentioned before I’ve become a bzzagent which involves trying out new products. One of the products I’ve been asked to try recently is Danone activia yoghurt. This youghurt comes in a variety of flavours and is widely available. The claim is that the special digestive bacteria help maintain a health digestive tract and that eating it regularly is the best way to get results.

Well I’ve been trying it out. I’m a bit limited with the flavours to try since I am quite fussy about that sort of thing but the raspberry one is quite nice (without too many big lumps of fruit). Those who know me will know that if at all possible I like smooth yoghurt (no lumps!). It’s still early days so I’m yet to see if there is any improvement in my digestion but watch this space for an update.

If you fancy giving it a go for yourself you can get a money off voucher here

If you do decide to give it a go let me know what you think.

Have you tried making a yoghurt cake? Really easy and using the pot saves on washing up!

Empty your favourite Activia yoghurt into a mixing bowl (I used Prune). Keep the carton to measure out the following: 1 carton sugar; 2 cartons self-raising flour; half carton sunflower oil; two eggs. Mix. Bake for approx 20 mins.

    Bzzz!
