Summer Day 12 – Sunrise and Sunset
Another summery day here with a hazy sunrise and a spectacular sunset. Maximum Temperature was 23.2°C at 7:38pm.

Morgan was at home from school as he was ill, I was busy with work all day but did manage to fit in a ride once Anna got home from work. Just a fairly easy spin with a couple of hard efforts on two climbs.
Then spent the evening watching Chris Froome take another stage win in the Tour on the hilly time trial and making smoothies from home grown fruit. Mmm Mmm
