Yep, always feels a bit weird to be out in the real world after lots of indoor training. The trainer is good for fitness but no so god for bike handling and general skills so always good to get out on the road / trails when you can.

					<description><![CDATA[Hi and thanks for the post. I&#039;m a big TR fan and in the winter months will follow the plans to a T with very few outdoor rides mixed in. I often find though, that even if I&#039;ve made good power gains it takes me a few rides outside to adjust and my breathing is poor. Is this something you have experienced? Do you stick to the plans fully indoors or like to mix in outdoor ride each week, perhaps subbing out the long Sunday session? I think a mix of TR and outdoor rides each week would yield the best results, but I&#039;ve yet to strike the right balance.]]></description>
