Should have rang your dad, he was up too
We have just come back from a nice walk in Stroud park, dad can’t remember ever going there before ! Then on the way home he stopped to change a wheel for a man who had no idea how to do it so stood and watched, and hopefully learnt….he was about 35 years old and definitely not wearing a wrist support ! Oh well made dad feel useful lol

Yep, according to my sleep tracker I actually had 3 hours 22 minutes of proper sleep… I usually only manage less than an hour and the rest of the time is light sleep. Anna and Morgan are of course still in bed and sound asleep – I’ve been up for 3.5 hours.
