I don&#8217;t think it counts as an Indian Summer quite yet as the official definition is a period of seven days or more occurring after the autumnal equinox where the temperature reaches 21\u00b0C (70\u00b0F) or more, but today has certainly been a scrocher.<\/p>\n<p>In fact with a maximum temperature recorded by the <a title=\"Borth and Ynyslas Weather Station\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forces-of-nature.co.uk\/dbdriven\/home\/weather_station.php\">Both &amp; Ynyslas Weather Station<\/a> so far today of 26.3\u00baC it has been the hottest day of the year.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00a0couldn&#8217;t resist getting out on my bike for a 50 mile spin through the hills in the sunshine and it looks as though we&#8217;ll be getting the BBQ out for one last time at the weekend.
