One of the products I&#8217;ve been asked to try recently is Danone activia yoghurt.  This youghurt comes in a variety of flavours and is widely available.  The claim is that the special digestive bacteria help maintain a health digestive tract and that eating it regularly is the best way to get results.<\/p>\n<p>Well I&#8217;ve been trying it out.  I&#8217;m a bit limited with the flavours to try since I am quite fussy about that sort of thing but the raspberry one is quite nice (without too many big lumps of fruit).  Those who know me will know that if at all possible I like smooth yoghurt (no lumps!).
