Anna and I headed up to Nant yr Arian for a little stroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once there I had a little chat with Reg and the we headed out along the Ridgetop Trail. Not only was it good to walk somewhere different but it\u2019s a little hillier than Ynyslas. I felt OK with the elevation changes, not that we were doing it at any pace of course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We stopped at the top for a snack and got to try out our new portable espresso maker. It worked well.
