So I did exactly the same session as <a title=\"Interval training on a turbo trainer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2009\/interval-training-on-tacx-flow-turbo-trainer\/\">I did on Saturday<\/a>, but this time increased the wattage on the hard efforts from 320 Watts to 340 Watts.<\/p>\n<p>Surprisingly it felt OK and I completed it without falling off in an exhausted heap. My Heart Rate graph was pretty again but actually peaked at slightly less despite the higher power output.
