The sun came out, plenty of people turned up and best of all the surf was &#8216;going off&#8217;. Some of the biggest cleanest surf I&#8217;ve seen at the lifeboat station in Borth for a long time.<\/p>\n<p>I only stayed to wacth a couple of heats and to be honest I think most of the people in those heats found the conditions a little too big for their liking. I don&#8217;t know what the results were yet, but here are a few photos from the contest today.
