There were still some small waves left over so after missing out a little on them over the weekend I started Monday morning with a lovely little surf ski paddle\u00a0in the waves.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SxzCbZE3YBQ\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>After lots of work it was then off to the hills for a run. Along the trails, through the woods and over the hills. It was nice to be out unencumbered by leggings, jackets and rucksacks. Not hat, no gloves, no buff, just shorts and a thermal top. It may naot have been fast thanks to the terrain but I did feel a little more spritely than I have done of late.
