I&#8217;m getting fat and unfit (which can&#8217;t be good for my heart) and I&#8217;m lacking in endorphins!<\/p>\n<p>I had an echocardiogram about a month ago and I&#8217;m waiting to see the consultant to hear the results from that, and it&#8217;s been about 6 weeks since my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2009\/another-hospital-visit\/\">last hospital visit<\/a> where I was told to take it easy. Trouble is I don&#8217;t know <a title=\"How easy is easy\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2009\/how-easy-is-easy\/\">how easy is easy<\/a>, so I&#8217;ve been doing nothing, hoping to see the consultant soon so that I can ask him some questions and see what I am and am not allowed to do.<\/p>\n<p>I still have a pain in my chest \/ back and haven&#8217;t completely got over the cold \/ flu that I had at <a title=\"Sleepless in the Saddle\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2009\/sleepless-in-the-saddle-2009-race-report\/\">Sleepless in the Saddle<\/a>, so maybe continuing to rest would be a good idea, but its driving me mad.
