After school it was straight to the beach for some fun in the sun.<\/p>\n<h2>Fun in the Sun<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/od_v8Rp8tnU?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Let us hope this weather continues for the rest of the school holiday. It&#8217;s 9:20am on Tuesday morning as I type this and the temperature at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forces-of-nature.co.uk\/dbdriven\/home\/weather_station.php\">Borth &amp; Ynyslas Weather Station<\/a> is already reading 23.9\u00baC. It&#8217;s also a stuffy 27.2\u00baC in my office. I have a feeling we may hit a new record for the year today. I doubt that we&#8217;ll get to the all time record of 33.7\u00baC recorded on 19th July 2006, but records are made to be broken!<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s more, Ivor, our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2008\/ivor-borth-and-ynyslas-katabatic-wind\/\">katabatic wind<\/a> seems to be blowing as well&#8230; gusting to 30 knots in the estuary at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>Anna is off on a work &#8216;Away Day&#8217; today as well, walking along the Wales Coast Path from Newquay to Aberaeron. I hope everyone has their sunscreen on.
