Despite feeling fairly ill this morning and the fact that once again early on a\u00a0Sunday morning it was pouring with rain and blowing a gale, I decided to ‘Man Up’ and go for my planned bike ride anyway. My reasoning was that I was up and out of bed, but I was feeling ill. However, as a cyclist I quite enjoy cycling so I may as well feel ill whilst riding my bike. Afterall, riding my bike whilst feeling ill has to be better than just feeling ill.<\/p>\n
The weather\u00a0didn’t disappoint, howling winds and driving rain for much of the first hour, but it did at least stop raining for the second hour. Just to give you an idea of what it was like, here’s what it looked like once it had got light.<\/p>\n
