We thought we&#8217;d choose the mile rather than any of the longer challenges so that it would be accessible to all of the Scouts and hopefully some of the younger Cubs and Beavers too. So far though it is mainly Scouts and their parents doing it, along with Morgan (who is a cub and his friend James also a cub!)<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_15854\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/sport-relief-mile.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/sport-relief-mile-550x382.jpg\" alt=\"Sport Relief Mile\" width=\"550\" height=\"382\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-15854\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/sport-relief-mile-550x382.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/sport-relief-mile-120x83.jpg 120w, https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/sport-relief-mile.jpg 850w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-15854\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sport Relief Mile<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Hopefully the mile itself won&#8217;t be too much of a challenge for any of them, but organising them all, making them all look\u00a0good in their Scout uniforms and keeping them all under control on the day may be a bit of a challenge for Anna and I.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s all to raise money for Sport Relief of course and so far the fund-raising isn&#8217;t going too badly. We&#8217;re aiming for \u00a3100 in total and we&#8217;re up to \u00a378 already, so we might just make our target by the weekend. Of course, if we do then I&#8217;ll increase it a little to encourage more donations.
