Well, here we go, the countdown has begun. Happy Advent everyone.<\/p>\n

You know what that means don’t you, not only is it only 24 days until Christmas, but in exactly a month 2014 will be here and we’ll all be making and breaking our New Year’s Resolutions.<\/p>\n

But you know me, I like to be one step ahead of everyone else, and when I am is when I perform at my best. Being on top of my game and leading from the front is the best motivation I need to keep trying hard and stick with the game plan. So, if you’re anything like me, why not get one step ahead now by making your New Years Resolutions a whole month early.<\/p>\n

Just think, in a months time when other people are making theirs not only will you have had a head start but you’ll be well ahead of everyone else which will just motivate you to stick with it even longer! It might be difficult to stick to them (especially if they are eating or drinking related) over the Christmas period but having a few weeks head start before the mayhem of Christmas hits with it’s full force has got to be a good thing.<\/p>\n

I don’t know if I’ll make any yet, but I may try to eat more healthily during the weekdays at least –\u00a0Don’t worry, I didn’t say eat less, just eat more healthily!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
