He has &#8216;qualified&#8217; for the inter-schools Aberystwyth Area Cross Country race which he&#8217;ll be running next week. We&#8217;re not sure how far he has to run, probably only a mile at his age, but he seems quite keen.<\/p>\n<p>He even wants to do some training for it. a little late with his race next week I know, but hopefully he&#8217;ll stick at it and we might even get him up early enough at the weekend to do the Aberystwyth Park Run! So, after school yesterday I went out for a little run with him. I say little, but it was probably quite long for him as we covered 2.6 miles. It was good though as it taught him to pace things properly and gave me a chance to test out my knee.
