The weather was gorgeous yesterday so Anna, Morgan and I took a stroll across to the dunes. A recent report said that children don&#8217;t get to spend nearly as much time as they would like in &#8216;nature&#8217;, and Morgan certainly loves a run in the dunes.<\/p>\n<p>Taking a walk to your local patch of &#8216;nature&#8217; is great for everyone. It&#8217;s free, the fresh air is good, the children love it and the adults get a break from the daily grind too.
