{"id":12443,"date":"2013-02-27T15:17:00","date_gmt":"2013-02-27T15:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/?p=12443"},"modified":"2013-02-27T15:17:00","modified_gmt":"2013-02-27T15:17:00","slug":"healthy-eating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2013\/02\/healthy-eating\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthy Eating"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to my 8 puddings after a <a title=\"Now thats what I call lunch\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2013\/now-thats-what-i-call-lunch\/\">carvery at The Marine<\/a> a couple of weekends ago and then a monstrous <a title=\"Pudding Party!!!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alananna.co.uk\/blog\/2013\/pudding-party\/\">16 puddings at the pudding party<\/a> on Sunday I seem to be getting a reputation for nno-stop eating. Maybe I should take up competitive eating instead of triathlon, I think I&#8217;d be good at that &#8211; although, it\u00a0isn&#8217;t quite so pretty, and almost definitely not so good for me.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not all puddings mind you, here&#8217;s my lunch from yesterday, a nice healthy (although rather large) bowl of salad comprised of<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lettuce (that we grew)<\/li>\n<li>quarter of a cabbage<\/li>\n<li>10 cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 sticks celery<\/li>\n<li>half a red pepper<\/li>\n<li>quarter of a cucumber<\/li>\n<li>sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>a couple of large free-range boiled eggs from Ann&#8217;s hens,\u00a02 chilli rice cakes, half of a large\u00a0avocado\u00a0and a glass of beetroot juice.
