We went and took them straight from the goose nest and Morgan got to see a day old hatchling while we were there. They are huge, much bigger than a hens egg, and Ann suggested using 1 goose egg instead of 2 hens eggs.<\/p>\n<p>We just polished off the second Guinness Cake made with one of the eggs at work and it has gone down really well. You wouldn&#8217;t know it was made with anything different.
