					<description><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#8217;t done any long bike rides for years. In fact we&#8217;re talking 20 years plus since I did anything over about 35 miles. Monday was a gorgeous day, warm, dry and sunny. I was on top of work (or didn&#8217;t have much on to be more precise) so set off on a nice little&#46;&#46;&#46;</p>
