Unsurprisingly the heart rate graph is almost identical. It&#8217;s good to see how closely I can replicate a workout though as that&#46;&#46;&#46;</p>

So I did exactly the same session as I did on Saturday, but this time increased the wattage on the hard efforts from 320 Watts to 340 Watts. Surprisingly&#46;&#46;&#46;</p>
