- Making the most of modest means
Things were looking good for the weekend with plenty of wind forecast. I was hoping to get out windsurfing as well as get some swim, bike and run training in. As usual I was up early and the wind was indeed howling. It was also pouring with rain and didn’t look exactly ‘nice’ out there...
After a nice surf ski paddle in the morning it was back home for pancakes and to see off the horde of 14 year old boys that had been sleeping over for Morgan’s Birthday. There was plenty of pizza leftover from their party and of course sweets and cakes so that had to be finished...
Just a quick video of surf-skiing from Ynyslas. Fairly chunky, surf off the sea-front, rolling swell and chop out to sea, Lots of water moving in the mouth of the estuary and then calm waters in the estuary itself.
