The Rame Peninsula – Camping Trip Day 2

Today looked like being a bright sunny day. There was still a breeze blowing and some wind-blown waves on the long expanse of sands at Whitsands Bay. Rather than drive anywhere we decided to walk down the cliffs to the beach today instead. We of course had a swim and pancakes at the campsite first.

It was slow going walking down to the beach thanks to my foot, but it was feeling and looking a little better today.

The sun was shining and the beach looked glorious.

We hired a surf board once we got to the beach and Morgan and I spent the day surfing and playing in the sea.

Morgan played in the sand too and of course frolicked in the pools on the beach as well. Anna did some alternative sun-bathing most of the day!

We then had the long climb back up the cliffs before a swim in the swimming pool, dinner in the van and drinks in the bar

We then relaxed in and around the van for the rest of the evening.

Another lovely day on the Rame Peninsula for us.
