GoPro Windsurfing

I had a pretty good surf ski session on Friday afternoon as the sunset. The conditions were quite challenging for surf skiing with 20 knot wind and some messy surf. I impressed myself by staying dry though so was looking forward to editing and sharing my GoPro footage, especially as I had the camera mounted on my head for a different view to normal. I was therefore a little annoyed to discover that my GoPro was on photo mode so all I have to show for it is two photos – one before I got on the water when I thought I was starting recording and one after I got off when I thought I was stopping it.

Nevermind, the wind filled in even more by Saturday morning, along with hailstorm squalls and some chilly temperatures. Perfect windsurfing conditions so off I went with my 4.5m sail and 85ltr wave board. The GoPro was set up right today as well.
