Chocolate Mug Cake
If you’re going to make a chocolate mug cake in the microwave then you may as well use a proper mug… I knew that ridiculous Sports Direct Mug would come in handy one day.

I think I used the same recipe as Anna usually uses, but she divides it between three mugs, one for me, one for her and one for Morgan. Seeing as I was here on my own it seemed sensible to just make one giant chocolate cake in a mug for myself! All with syrup at the bottom to moisten the cake a little and some marzipan in it as an experiment too. I have to say that getting it cooked correctly in the microwave at this size wasn’t that easy. A little dry in places but still a little under-cooked in others, but at least it was a giant cake.
