A Groundhog Mother’s Day?

We’ve just got back from a weekend away in Cardiff and Bristol. First visiting a running shop and the Dr. Who Experience in Cardiff, then the Triathlon Shop Expo in Bristol. We then we went to my parents house in South Gloucestershire where we had dinner at my sisters (they live the other half of the house that my parents live in). Sunday was then a run and a swim before visiting Blooms garden centre and the aquajardin aquarium shop on Mother’s Day where we had a Mother’s Day lunch before driving home.

Whilst writing the blogposts about what we did, I noticed that we spent last Mother’s Day in Bristol doing almost the same. For one reason or another we drove down on Saturday morning rather than Friday evening as we normally do. We had dinner at my sisters, we went to a running shoe shop and I did some training – Is our life really so predictable?
