Well, I've now tried a few of these 'Yogamazing' session and have to say I'm quite enjoying them. Chaz who presents them is OK. He doesn't go over the top with the spiritual stuff and seems to aim the 'classes' at normal people with their own agendas rather than forcing some 'Yoga Mantra' onto you.

I started out with the session called 'Yoga for beginners as that seemed like a good place to start and was slowly walked through some relatively easy poses at a nice easy pace.

I did that a couple of times and then tried a few other sessions, including 'Yoga for Swimmers' and 'Yoga for the Back and Shoulders'. Most of them are between 20 and 30 minutes long. I don't know how much good they are doing yet, but I do feel quite relaxed afterwards. I'm not sure if doing them in the middle of the day is the best idea, but it does feel quite nice and hopefully it will improve my strength and flexibility over the coming weeks.

I've already noticed a few areas that I need to work on, and quite a few things that I used to be able to do, but can no longer do. I'm going to stick with it for a bit and try to do a session at least a few times a week.
