Tedi Twt and an Adder

At Morgan’s school, each weekend one of the reception class kids gets to take home ‘Tedi Twt’ with instructions to look after him, keep him clean and dry and take him with you wherever you go. Kind of like taking the hamster home for the holidays without quite so much responsibility! It may not be a big deal for us but the children certainly seem keen to be the ones who get to take him with them and do seem to take it quite seriously. So, we’ve been charged with entertaining Tedi Twt all weekend.

He’s been up constitution hill with us and he went across to the beach to collect some wood this morning. He was even lucky enough to see a small adder on his way back from the beach. I hadn’t seen many this year, so after my post about sand lizards being released in the dunes at Ynyslas it was good to see another reptile today.
