Evenings on the Dunes
Now that the clocks have gone forward there is plenty of time for getting out and making the most of the light in the evenings. The weather was gorgeous yesterday so Anna, Morgan and I took a stroll across to the dunes. A recent report said that children don’t get to spend nearly as much time as they would like in ‘nature’, and Morgan certainly loves a run in the dunes.
Taking a walk to your local patch of ‘nature’ is great for everyone. It’s free, the fresh air is good, the children love it and the adults get a break from the daily grind too. Just get out there an do it.
