We did do a little ride in the Dyfi Forest last night on a few of ther trails, but nothing much.

					<description><![CDATA[Cool... I was out last night for a little ride, but haven&#039;t done any long rides for a while which is a bit if a worry. My chest still hurts a bit now and then so I haven&#039;t been able to push it at all and step up the training, but as long as I get around I&#039;ll be happy.

I&#039;m not sure of the exact distance but I think you&#039;ll be looking at around 65km or 40 miles for the Enduro.

I&#039;m hoping to get out for a ride later today somewhere and over the weekend too.

					<description><![CDATA[ah, I managed to do the rheidol trail from aber and fitted in a quick blast of the summit loop round nant on the way back down the A44, one of my mates told me the enduro was 60 miles, so I&#039;ve been pushing 40 mile rides, and  only found out today that its only around 27 miles :s
