My tasty car…

Highland CattleI had a great day in the hills yesterday. The sun was shining it was really hot and I was off in search of 3 geocaches.

I parked near Nant-y-Moch and headed straight up to the summit of Plynlimon, I didn’t find the first cache of the day so headed off around the ridge and down into Cwm Gwerin. I had to negotiate a few crags and cross a river to get to the next cache and then had a long hard slog up to the twin cairn at Carn Hyddgen before a long walk back to the car… When I got there I found 6 highland cattle licking it to death. I can only think that the shampoo I’d cleaned it with the day before must have tasted nice… It didn’t do much for the nicely washed car though, it is now covered in cow slobber!
